I just wanted to voice my disappointment with AutoNation Dodge Ram of Hilton Head Dealership's service. I purchased a 2023 Ram 3500 and had the following issues: gas cap missing, brake fluid was never flus Dodge Ram of Hilton Head Dealership's service. I purchased a 2023 Ram 3500 and had the following issues: gas cap missing, brake fluid was never flushed but I was charged for it, and the truck was not clean. I took the truck back for the above discrepancies plus a recall inspection, and key FOB programming. Three and half hours later the recall I believe was completed, (was never provided any paper work), the FOB was programed, and the brake system was supposedly flushed. I had to leave after 3.5 hours, due to other appointments. Later that night I check the brake fluid and to my surprise the fluid had been over filled to the top of the resevoir, no expansion room at all, and the fluid was still dirty. I corrected the problem myself as I have no confidence in AutoNation CDJR of Hilton Head. Nothing else was completed. The experience of purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation has not been pleasant. The lack of attention to detail, and caring for the customer is unacceptable. After paying $68,000 for the truck I expected it to be detailed, instead I was given a truck with coffee spills in the center console, glue from the window stickers on the windshield and candy wrappers under the seats. I would not recommend this Dealership. More

I had an excellent experience at Auto Nation CDJR. I was looking at a couple different models and Jon (Sales) was super helpful and accommodating! My wife even mentioned that they were the 1st place t I was looking at a couple different models and Jon (Sales) was super helpful and accommodating! My wife even mentioned that they were the 1st place that actually spoke to her also and valued her input. The sales process was smooth maybe 1.5 hour. Not the typical 4+ hour arbitration you normally have when purchasing a vehicle. Jimmy (Sales Manager) was excellent also getting everything locked in, he was present not just sitting in an back office spitting out numbers. There were minor things that needed to be taken care of, he scheduled and ensured they were. Pretty much all you can ask for from a GM! Overall probably the best Auto purchasing experience I have had in over 10 years. More
