I don’t want to be rude. But in one word I would say this dealership is AWFUL. We walked right into their trap and purchased the vehicle protection plan. However, I thought I could get rid of it because I canceled the plan within 60 days of the purchase date, believing I would receive a full refund under their policy. It has been more than 8 weeks and they have not reimbursed that amount. I tried emailing and mailing and dropping messages to their Customer Service and the Store Manager but they have never responded. I would suggest avoid this dealership and their Finance Manager Henry Temples lll. More
