I purchased a 2023 jeep Grand Cherokee about 3 months ago. I received a campaign in the mail to repair a problem with the computer I made an appointment for 1 0'clock on the 30th of November. On arrival I checked in exactly 1 and the service person said it would take about an hour and a half. I waited for 1and one half hours to find my vehicle was not even in the shop, So I left poor service the person taking care of my vehicle said there was 3 car ahead of me. Incompetent More

I stopped by with a bunch of error codes on my 2021 Ram Laramie. Chris took a quick look to see if it was something big or simple. Turned out that it needed a new speed sensor in the one tire. He was able to squeeze me in the next morning so I left the vehicle with him and had it back later that afternoon. This was probably the best experience I had with a car dealership in a really long time. Highly recommend. More
