Service Advisor Chris Anderson was very informative and took the time to explain what was done to my Jeep Renegade while being serviced. Didn’t expect us despite appt so had to leave the car for 2 1/2 days. Brought it in for noise in AC. Replaced hvac fan which is noisier than the original fan (which was obviously fine) and wasn’t the problem 2 1/2 days. Brought it in for noise in AC. Replaced hvac fan which is noisier than the original fan (which was obviously fine) and wasn’t the problem (as diagnosed). So the car has to go back. We will not be paying again. More

Taking in consideration the difficult times we are living in with trying to find qualified help the lack of customer service was very disappointing.
