This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought and the service that we get is top notch. When we come there we always talk with Mike Mancine he always treats us with so much respect. we would not deal with anyone that we get is top notch. Well, after 15 years of loyalty to Auto Nation, I finally hit a brick wall. Their service department is Dishonest, Deceitful and Crooked. I had my vehicle in for an oil change and mentioned creaking from t hit a brick wall. Their service department is Dishonest, Deceitful and Crooked. I had my vehicle in for an oil change and mentioned creaking from the front end. They diagnosed it to the ball joints and sway bar. Made an appointment, which they changed, and took it in 2 weeks later, 8 hr job they say. At the end of the day no call, so I called them, they said they don't have the parts, will be in tomorrow...WHAT!? After another day, no call so I called several times, finally getting someone. Still not finished and said the need to change the sway bar and ball joints ... WHAT!? Isn't that what it was here for?! Beware of their shady practices and loyalty to customers. I bid them farewell. More
