I needed the service department to change my battery. I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day. Well the battery that they ordered was the wrong one and two hours later the I took it in and they said it was going to be ready by 11:30 that day. Well the battery that they ordered was the wrong one and two hours later they told me about it so I had to wait another 3 hours before my car was ready for pick up. More
