The Sales guy was great, but everything that followed was horrible. •False Promise •Failure to deliver on time •Vehicle delivered with scratches •Car Delivered with Well over 1k miles •Mismanagement of our Paperwork •Multiple trips to resign lost paperwork •Dealer temp tag faded which resulted in a ticket from the police dept •Replaced temp tag fading •Protection plan registered to a vehicle we didn't own Worst of all, after expressing my dissatisfaction with our experience with the dealership to the Sales Manager "Larry" he replied by saying: " We're not the Happy Police" Great Customer service sir, Needless to say, I will not be back. Everyone I know will be told, never to deal business with this dealership and perhaps the auto mall as a whole. More
