A quarter of the time was spent just chatting with Michael and the staff at HHCJ. Everyone was courteous, and help in the sale of the new Jeep for my wife and I. Doing research on the web site first then having the car we picked ready to drive and inspect was the way to go. The Cherokee Limited is the car we wanted. Michael, Larry, and Tony did a great job of making sure all of the paperwork, and negotiations were all done in a way we could understand. We love the car and are very happy with the purchase. Michael will be a friend for life as we make our way down to Hilton Head from Columbia, SC for vacations and for friendly visits. We wish everyone at Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep all the best. More

I interacted with Darian, Willis and Mike over the past year or two while having my 2005 Town and Country serviced. Recently Darian followed up by phone. John showed us an automobile in our first visit, but we didn't drive it as we were looking at other brands also. John was very helpful after the purchase in showing us all the features. Willis is an excellent salesman with a great sense of humor and a low key approach. We wanted to buy the car, because of the way he handled all situations. Jimmy was true to his word and did not renege on his previous offers. He seemed to work hard on getting us a low interest rate. The "F&I Guy" was typical and seemed quite disappointed that we didn't buy any of goodies he offered. The only downside was the length of time it took from closing the deal to out the door. We were there almost six hours. Looking forward to seeing you all at service time. Always wonder how much lower you would have gone to make the deal. More

Amazing salesman Buying a used car means dealing with used car sales men. I can't stand them. We went into Hilton head Chrysler jeep dodge and was met by a man called John Tai. A very knowledgeable salesman who from the start did not push any sales tactics on to my wife and I. He let us test drive as many cars as we wanted and told us to take our time and let him know what we wanted to do. Horrible Service I went to this dealer (New River Auto Mall Dodge/Hardeevill, SC knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and did not care to haggle. They were the only plac I went to this dealer (New River Auto Mall Dodge/Hardeevill, SC knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and did not care to haggle. They were the only place to get that vehicle. So, very little was required of them to make the sale. Except for a missing key fob that went off without a hitch AND that's where any smooth sailing ended! My subsequent contacts were with the service department and continue to be unsatisfactory. In the latest misadventure I finally have the second key fob (that I should have had day 1) but it is useless. They sent it to me without programming it for use with my vehicle. When I made ANOTHER wasted 40 mile round trip to get it programmed I was very rudely turned away by a young lady in service! AND that is only one of several sub par interaction with that service department. I have since tried to get the key fob problem resolved by my local Dodge dealer (Butler\Beaufort, SC) AND the national customer service hotline, without success! The latter both support charging me for something I was supposed to get for free. None of the above care at all that they have completely soured me on these dealerships and Dodge. I've recently purchased two Dodge vans, one new 2016 and one 2016 with 18,000 miles and once things got turned over to service departments that seems to mean NOTHING! More

Not Impressed, typical salesman Very good with showing us the cars and letting us "take it for a test drive" and "take it home" but other than that they were not willing to accept an Very good with showing us the cars and letting us "take it for a test drive" and "take it home" but other than that they were not willing to accept any reasonable offers or even willing to negotiate. We looked at several new and used vehicles and all he kept insisting was "this is their price, I can't redeuce it." Apparently he thought we were born yesterday. We were serious buyers who took our business elsewhere and will never step foot on their lot again. We ended up getting a GREAT deal at a local comptetitor down the street who worked with us and took $2700. off the MSRP, threw in free oil changes and even a free detail coupon. (Side note: You smell like a grease grill every time you leave their lobby area as their little snack shack does not have the proper ventilation for their building). More
