My first personal contact was with Katy who was always cheerful and added the personal touch by remembering my first name in later contacts. Katy referred me to salesman Mike Mancini who walked me through the selection process and was always patient as I gained more knowledge which led me to change my mind. After I finally did make my choice the paperwork (my least favorite part) was done as proficiently as possible.
