The service advisor was good just a little disappointed about the work. Also they gave him the wrong truck so I had to wait another 20 minutes for my truck.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, namely Mr. Kevin Herdricks my Service Advisor. Service was a little slow due to a large volume of patrons, but due to the sta knowledge of the staff, namely Mr. Kevin Herdricks my Service Advisor. Service was a little slow due to a large volume of patrons, but due to the staff’s friendly and pleasant attitude it was a rather enjoyable experience. I will also like to add I didn’t fill pressured to buy anything additional, and everyone had a very pleasant demeanor, as if they enjoyed their jobs/careers; and that goes along way.
