They do whatever to sell you a car, after sign the contract they kick you out. No offense, the seller helped me a lot, he did a great job, I bought a pre owned car and he showed me the vehicle, we contract they kick you out. Then , I went with the other department to sign all the paperwork. The manager was so rude and basically you feel like he's trying to obey you to grab extra things for your vehicle (obviously increasing the price of your monthly payment) then when I tried to read what I was signing he was upset because of that. After five days with my car and they don't even sent me a copy of all my paperwork. Once I signed everything he said "from now the car is yours and there is no warranty on it, if something is wrong is your problem", considering the fact of buying a pre owned car, something can be wrong... And those words don't make you feel happy about your purchase. More

Incompetent, unprofessional, super deceiving,poor workmanship, destructive to customers vehicles, won’t own up to repairs do to their wrong doing, kept vehicle for two months for minor repairs and st workmanship, destructive to customers vehicles, won’t own up to repairs do to their wrong doing, kept vehicle for two months for minor repairs and still didn’t do it right therefor I have to take it to a more professional establishment, vehicle super dirty on the outside after two months of having it no courtesy wash look like it had being through Sahara desert, super dirty on the inside foot prints all over the carpet, debris all over seats, cup holder, dashboard, door panels. Bumper scratches, mud flap slices up, windshield trims damage on both sides, inside trims are scratch up and broken from taking headliner off, charging for jobs they didn’t do, I rack up 4k in rental car because they wouldn’t give me a loaner nor would they give my truck sooner. Over all this folks are garbage and I wish I could get the help I need to get them to pay for everything I have requested call back from upper management and no help.this place needs to be taught a lesson and should be shut down we as customers deserve real true customer service, every employee at this facility is a clown and a joke, and they need to hire real qualify technicians instead of hiring from staffing agencies. I hope and wish this review goes somewhere and it doesn’t get swept under the carpet. More
