I came in because my car battery would not keep a charge and I was charged for a diagnostic of $115. The outcome was that the battery cables where not tight enough to connect to keep charge. I went ahead an and I was charged for a diagnostic of $115. The outcome was that the battery cables where not tight enough to connect to keep charge. I went ahead and paid the diagnostic fee because I did not feel like getting my point across about the charges and this is always an issue. I was having issue with my keyfob before and they wanted to charge the diagnostic fee of $115 for that. More
