AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Houston

This dealership has consistently made my experience bad. On each occasion that I have brought in my truck, there seems to be a problem with it after I pick it up. The last time my truck was in for a DEF pum On each occasion that I have brought in my truck, there seems to be a problem with it after I pick it up. The last time my truck was in for a DEF pump and two fuel filters. On my drive home from the dealership I noticed the rubber seal that's located on the driver's side roof of the truck peal right off. This is the seal that goes from front to back. I couldn't pull over to capture it before it flapped off due to me being on the freeway. I would assume this happened cause they ran it through the carwash, cause it definitely wasn't coming off when I dropped the truck off. Next, I finally reached my home and parked the truck. Upon me getting into the truck a couple of hours later, truck wouldn't start. I popped the hood and noticed the mechanic did not hook up the positive cable back to the battery. I just seems like each time I drop my truck off there's a problem with it when I drive home. More
