I purchased a used 2018 ram 2500 from this dealership that had a “90 day warranty” that will replace ANYTHING that goes wrong with it and a loaner will be provided. Or so they said. Within that 90 days t that had a “90 day warranty” that will replace ANYTHING that goes wrong with it and a loaner will be provided. Or so they said. Within that 90 days they willingly gave us a loaner when the TPMS had to be replaced. However when the transmission had to be replaced, still long before the 90 day warranty was up, they said it’s not their responsibility to replace it and they are not entitled to give us a loaner. Scummy dealership and I will never go back. Karma will get ahold of them. More

Management is sneaky & crooked. They were not transparent about my finance rate & payment terms. Their finance manager cleverly bypassed over my payment terms. He passed off my car warranty terms (48 months) as if they were my payment terms, which was actually 75 months. He purposely DID NOT go over how many payments term months, I would be paying. So BEWARE & CAREFUL of your payment terms, because he is VERY SLICK. More

The catalytic converter had a recall and I noticed it on documents when asked about it I was told phone. He advised as to the issues with the car.
