I highly recommend Chad with Auto Nation Dodge. This is a service adviser that went out of his way to get a several thousand dollar, out-of-warranty repair, down to a very manageable amount, ZERO! Terrible Experience, the service dept wanted me to pay in advance for a part and service, totaling $1643.??. Not good business, the customer should pay after service is completed. Yuri Molina told me if I didn't pay for the whole job in advance I couldn't take my car. I told her I am paying for the service they performed .$742 and will bring my car back on Monday.. More
