Service advisor Juan was pleasant, easy to work with which I appreciate. Although I was disappointed that whoever rotated the tires didn't even bother to properly inflate them. Wait time is the usual long or extended but the work is done right and never had a problem with either car I have gotten from here and I don't take it anywhere else to get serviced.
