Rating due to the awesome professionalism of Jimmy Gonzalez the service manager. Even though, I asked the service advisor Yuri to ascertain my auto start/stop is fixed it wasn't. After setting up time to drop off loaner and pick up car it still took 45mn. No call back, I had to follow up with my vehicle 2 times. I never got a call from them. I had to take my jeep in for some service work. Chad was a great help, he made the process as easy as I could imagine. From the beginning, with dealing with the warranty company, to keeping me upd Chad was a great help, he made the process as easy as I could imagine. From the beginning, with dealing with the warranty company, to keeping me updated on the progress, to checking and making sure I was able to get a rental. This was my time at this dealership but I will be back for any future needs. More
