I had to keep calling for an update on my vehicle. There were no loaner cars available. They did an oil change on my vehicle and I was not aware of it. Thus dealership is great, had a recall test on my jeep renegade and the first appointment was quick 45 to an hour at the most and than follow up appointment took 45 mins and results took less about a coup renegade and the first appointment was quick 45 to an hour at the most and than follow up appointment took 45 mins and results took less about a couple weeks and my son brought the jeep in to replace the engine and took about a week ti install and washed and cleaned my jeep. Called previous day to verify hours and service. Was told oil change did not require appts. I arrived @ 6am for a 7am opening to be told an appointment was required.
