Took my car for an oil change and low tire check, I had a scheduled appointment and when I arrived there was only 2 advisors available. Of course, there was a a couple of people ahead of me. Both advisors scheduled appointment and when I arrived there was only 2 advisors available. Of course, there was a a couple of people ahead of me. Both advisors were working so hard to get the people taking care of. The advisors kept apologizing about the wait and I liked the fact that they told us why there was a wait.
