Disorganized, lacks attention to detail. Not solution oriented! Was sold a car less than 90 days , and not to mention the extended warranty I bought was pointless. So the company gaslighted me for a diagnostic fee and repair charges. Repairs that was currently with the car when they sold it to me. Hoping the car industry are regulated to be honest and accountable. Auto Nation was not a great experience. More

I've had some bad experiences there in the past but hope things are changing at this particular dealer, cause I've haven't been there in awhile. But, upon my resent visit was good and the young lady that to things are changing at this particular dealer, cause I've haven't been there in awhile. But, upon my resent visit was good and the young lady that took care of me was very sweet and took the time to explain everything which I was their for a oil change and she brought to my attention that I needed a front end alignment which was badly needed and I let them take care of, so good looking out to the service advisor who's name is Yuri and need more like her. I recently bought a vehicle (from a different dealership) that has been here for service 3 times over the last 6 months. The first visit, they replaced 3 of the engine mounts. The most recent visit, I took i that has been here for service 3 times over the last 6 months. The first visit, they replaced 3 of the engine mounts. The most recent visit, I took it in as it wasn’t accelerating as it should (i.e., stuttering) and the engine would rev when stopped. I was told they needed to replace all engine mounts and this would fix both issues. They did the repair and lo and behold, both issues are still happening. Literally the only thing that’s not happening anymore is that the hood no longer shakes when the engine revs at stops…so I guess that’s good but definitely not a full fix. On top of all of this, even though I made an appointment, my vehicle wasn’t even looked at for almost 24 hours after I dropped it off. When it was done, my service rep was off, so no one contacted me that it was done. Not her fault but very upset it sat for an extra day because someone else couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone. After this experience, I’m looking elsewhere for my repair needs. More
