My recent experience on 6/5/23 changed my views on Auto Nation. Usually when I get my service done my experience is always horrible, Yuri should not be employed at this location, she doesn’t care, her atti Nation. I promised myself to never go back there, but something told me give it another try, and I did. I chose a different service rep, Melissa. Melissa was amazing, I informed her on my past experience l, and she reassured me that she would try her best to make sure I was satisfied. Melissa and Daniel is the only reason why I’ll be coming back to Auto Nation.
