My recent experience on 6/5/23 changed my views on Auto Nation. Usually when I get my service done my experience is always horrible, Yuri should not be employed at this location, she doesn’t care, her atti Nation. I promised myself to never go back there, but something told me give it another try, and I did. I chose a different service rep, Melissa. Melissa was amazing, I informed her on my past experience l, and she reassured me that she would try her best to make sure I was satisfied. Melissa and Daniel is the only reason why I’ll be coming back to Auto Nation. I’ve worked in the customer service world and they are the prime examples of the Top Tier service customers should be receiving. More
