My experience was and has always been great! For the last seven years I have been a die hard customer from AutoNation till today, serving all my vehicle needs. From minor jobs such as oil changes to big jobs when I was experiencing engine problems. They keep my 2015 Challenge running like it ran the day I purchased it!!! The Service Advisor’s over the years have been amazing! Melissa rock’s she has been great to work with over the years when visiting the Service Department. I had a issue a couple of weeks ago but I really felt confident they would take care of it in which they did. They meaning the Service Department Manager, Mellisa, the Technician who worked on my vehicle and Urie. Thank you all for all you do. I was torn between purchasing a Dodge Ram or Chevrolet Silverado , after my last experience with Dodge I will definitely be purchasing a new Dodge Ram truck in the next couple of months.
