Two weeks to get an appointment for maintenance. Showed up early for the appointment and was told the Jeep had to be left for a diagnostic and it would take up to 3 days. Did not hear from the did not hear from the technician after 3 days, therefore I contacted the service department. Service representative stated the Jeep had not seen the technician yet. I contacted service manager two times with no response. Contacted the the general service manager, no return phone call. After a complete week of having my vehicle in the service department, I get a call from the service representative that they located the problem and now they do not have the part and had to order it which will take up two to three days. It took two business weeks to get my Jeep returned. . More

Worst Service Department: I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4 back in 2020 and last year in October 2022 I brought it for service because I started feeling noises and vibrations from the front trans Altitude 4x4 back in 2020 and last year in October 2022 I brought it for service because I started feeling noises and vibrations from the front transmision. They found a play in the inner and outer tie rods and because I bought an extended warranty, the dealer supposed to take care of that. But guess what, no parts were available and today February 2023 I'm still waiting for those. The communication/response from the service department has been poor. I sent many emails ang got response just for 2 saying in a roughly manner that the parts are not available yet. I got the Service Manager name but not his number because when I called, someone told me that his number was not available. I just kept the communication with the service rep Alejandro Soto. There is no way of communication by phone. The service rep never pick the phone up. I had to go personally to ask for status. I think this is not acceptable. I like the vehicule a lot, however I've started thinking of getting my car repaired and then, to trade it for any other more reliable brand. Please avoid Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. No parts are available and the communication with the service departament is very very bad. More
