I bought 6 spark plugs. One was cracked out of the box, so i went to return it at the Katy dodge location. I was told that it may not be warrantied. The girl went to check a One was cracked out of the box, so i went to return it at the Katy dodge location. I was told that it may not be warrantied. The girl went to check and came back stating they would cover the plug under warranty, but they had to keep the box and I had to provide my VIN number and mileage. I told her that was xx for just a return of a spark plug. Then the other parts guy started mocking me, but said he was just messing with her. unprofessional in the way he conducts business in the parts department. More
