So, I looked around the Service Advisor's desk, found my keys, and picked them up to walk out. Well *that* got the manager's attention.... All of a sudden there was my Service Advisor! I don't appreciate being left hanging - waiting for my car when it was already done and ready to drive away. More

I made an Appointment 6 days earlier. On the day of the appointment the service writer stated they may not be able to look at it for 24 to 48 hours. Then what good is the appointment.
