Dropped my 2020 Ram off for a recall and another issue on 9/26/22 (schedule at 2pm and the service advisor was apparently taking a long lunch...red flag). Could not get in touch with anyone in service until 9/26/22 (schedule at 2pm and the service advisor was apparently taking a long lunch...red flag). Could not get in touch with anyone in service until 10/3/22. Called on the 3rd day, talked to a service rep (not the one assigned to me, that guy was MIA until the end), he never got back with me. Emailed 2 times and called relentlessly and finally received a text back (from the service rep assigned to me). They could not replicate the issue after 40 miles of trying (maybe should have given me a call since I stated it would happen during a certain period). Stated that they could not get the recall part, so that was not even touched all while I paid for a rental that cost me over $800, just for them to add miles to my truck and do nothing with the recall. Maybe they should have been in contact with me and let me know about the part. It took me pestering them to get an answer. Who knows how long they would have kept my truck. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TAKE TO THEM FOR SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would have. Oh, they waived the diagnostics fee, so thanks I guess. I'm still out $800 for their lack of communication and customer service. More
If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible dealership. Very unprofessional and non-communicative. This includes management all the way up to the General Manager. I purchased several pre-paid oil changes so I was visited the service department several times over 2 years. Every time was a let down. At my final visit the service was so bad I had my truck picked up by a tow truck and taken to another dealership. Stay away from Autonation!!! More

I was told the recall parts were available at time of scheduling, but when I arrived for pickup of my car after the appointment - I was told the parts were not available that day and we would have to res scheduling, but when I arrived for pickup of my car after the appointment - I was told the parts were not available that day and we would have to reschedule. In addition, they did not check my warranty concerns and I was told they would contact me when a rental car was available. It has been 4 weeks - no one has followed up to schedule my recall or warranty inspection OR returned my voicemails. I continue to drive my new vehicle, with what Dodge considers a safety concern recall, with no concern from the dealer to assist me to resolve. Finally, instead of a car wash and detail as promised with any service... my car sat outside all day with grease along the driver doors that I had to clean off myself. I just tried to call the service manager to give them a chance to make it right instead of posting this review and was told his cell phone is not working today and he would "call me back". More
