Took 3 weeks to get an oil change due to them not having the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone p the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone pick me up.... Oil change and tire rotation only, not sure if it is because the service is built in my purchase or they are just that slow. Should be considered a paying customer for a FIFO just like those who are paying per, only difference is I paid upfront for my service. More

I took my vehicle for (2021) Ram TRX running high coolant temperatures. My truck has a pulley/tune modification. Obviously I’m out of warranty and I needed help regardless. I specifically stated understandin temperatures. My truck has a pulley/tune modification. Obviously I’m out of warranty and I needed help regardless. I specifically stated understanding they’d charge me. My truck sat there for 4 days and the answer was for me to take it to the shop I did the mods for proper diagnostics. Obviously they had an excuse, stating that if they did run diagnostics they could potentially delete my tune incidentally. When I was leaving the shop they did charge me for “diagnostic work” even though there was no answer. Turns out the guys that did my mods told me in 3 minutes that I had a faulty thermostat and fixed with one hour of labor. They didn’t even need to Run any diagnostics, they just let trick idle to realize the fan was running at proper temps, but coolant was not circulating to the radiator. By the way these should’ve not been affected by tuning as is a “mopar” or oem part that should’ve been replaced at no cost to me. To their favor they were willing to work with me and order me a key.
