Terrible experience. Third time I have had bad expericineces here. Arrived at 701am, appointment was at 7. Sat in vehicle until 709. Spoke with Service guy left. Received a call at 1030 he was going to check on something and let me know. At 3pm I started calling him leaving messages. Then I called the main dealership, was transferred put on hold then asked for him and I was put through to his phone which again went to message. Eventually spoke to a human being, and yes she put me on hold. I used another phone, while first was on hold, to call the dealership again, got hold of another lady who could not get hold of anyone in the service dept. She said she would send them a message. Great no Vehicle for me until tomorrow! Service guy casually calls me the next day as if everything was ok! I spoke to the manager who delivered my vehicle at 315pm. So they had it from 7am Monday to 315 pm Tuesday to get two new key fobs! Oh and BTW they did not clean it at all as advertised. Simialr experiences in the previous two times, but this was the worst. Time to find another service dept. More

As busy as they were and dealing with today market with man power shortages and part backorders. They still were friendly and did a great job. I will never use this service department again. They had my son's car for over a month and the only way we finally got their attention was to go down to the dealership in person and demand to spea They had my son's car for over a month and the only way we finally got their attention was to go down to the dealership in person and demand to speak to the Service Department Manager. They wouldn't answer the phone, return phone calls, return text messages until days later. This company is clearly not concerned about customer service. I have two Dodge vehicles and will never bring any of my vehicles ever again to AutoNation Dodge Katy. In addition, we are in the market for a new vehicle for myself and had planned to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will also not buy from their dealership. Their horrible customer service and lack of communication just cost them a customer for years to come. I will also make sure to let all of my co-workers and friends know about my experience. If it was possible to give ZERO stars on this review I would have. More
