Everything was good until we picked up our jeep. Us and another customer were standing at the desk for pickup nobody around except a girl in the back desk. I tried this location for the first time, and it was really a breeze. 20k miles service -In and out - took me a little over 1 hour in a rushed Saturday. That was great! This dealership has some very good service advisors but I must make mention that Michael Sosa should be your prime example of how to take care of a customer and Most of All how to communicate with the custom must make mention that Michael Sosa should be your prime example of how to take care of a customer and Most of All how to communicate with the customer.
