Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Second in line when they opened. Took 3 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Some kind of mixup in the car wash. Service writer quoted me a price of $116 to change oil in my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238. He told me he did not know it was a diesel, but he was standing by the truck looking at a my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238. They were behind a few days, so it took a while to get the diagnosis. Once that was complete, parts were ordered immediately and work was completed promptly. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Samuels but after it changed to AutoNation that changed. There is also a high employee turn over; so every time I come for an oil change or other service I can never ask for the person if I thought they were any good. Most often they lack basic customer service skills /communication with customers. More
