The 2 star is for the service department this trip. We needed routine maintenance done but also something else to do with the back up warning system. I was told they would need to keep it overnight and We needed routine maintenance done but also something else to do with the back up warning system. I was told they would need to keep it overnight and possibly another day. Great, do you have a loaner since Jeep Wave offers that? No. Ok then how will you accommodate? Nothing we can do. Reimburse for a rental? We don't do that. Jeep Wave does but only up to $35 a day and it's just a hassle. The person who helped me was extremely short and unfriendly. I did ask another person about the reimbursement from Jeep Wave and she was very helpful. But overall, this trip to the service department was disappointing. It's usually far better. I won't name who it was that first helped me because even though he wasn't good, it doesn't warrant throwing him under the bus. Just do better. As for not having enough loaners. This is kind of crap. They have more used vehicles on their lot than new as do most. They could use those as loaners rather than a new vehicle for customers. Very disappointed in that. Now if I want this issue looked at, we have to plan to be without a vehicle for possibly 2 days and only get reimbursed from Chrysler a small portion of the rental (if at all). So this falls on not only the dealership, but also Jeep Wave to live up to the program you guys offer. More
asked to check tires because they were low, due to cold weather, while getting Pacifica van/scheduled service per contract. Also asked to check maintenance codes for transmission lurching randomly on acceleration between 2/3rd gear. same person returned vehicle to me and I found tire pressure not checked/ at same pressure as before, 32 psi, still below suggested 36psi. Was told nothing wrong with transmission it has jerked twice since the service and van has less than 20k miles still. not sure what sanitize is/should look like, but didn't look different inside.
