This is not about the dealership, but about the Service Writer Buddy. He is the first to actually genuinely listen to my issue and relay the info correctly to the service tech. This is the second (2nd) Uco Writer Buddy. He is the first to actually genuinely listen to my issue and relay the info correctly to the service tech. This is the second (2nd) Uconnect Radio to be replaced. 3 radios in a brand new truck??. Shows QC with the Factory sucks. But Buddy helped get the install done lightning fast. So far no issues (yet) with the new radio. It was programmed correctly the 1st time. ALSO, The TPMS(4 issues I brought the truck in for) appears to have been corrected finally. Seems the previous Service Writers were slackers and didn't give a rats xxx about the customer. Although this truck has had other work, I don't want to trade it. If, by chance this truck acts up in any major way, it will be my last FIAT, MOPAR, RAM or what ever you call the company I will ever buy. Ill go Toy or GM from there after..
