This is not about the dealership, but about the Service Writer Buddy. He is the first to actually genuinely listen to my issue and relay the info correctly to the service tech. This is the second (2nd) Uco Writer Buddy. He is the first to actually genuinely listen to my issue and relay the info correctly to the service tech. This is the second (2nd) Uconnect Radio to be replaced. 3 radios in a brand new truck??. Shows QC with the Factory sucks. But Buddy helped get the install done lightning fast. So far no issues (yet) with the new radio. It was programmed correctly the 1st time. ALSO, The TPMS(4 issues I brought the truck in for) appears to have been corrected finally. Seems the previous Service Writers were slackers and didn't give a rats xxx about the customer. Although this truck has had other work, I don't want to trade it. If, by chance this truck acts up in any major way, it will be my last FIAT, MOPAR, RAM or what ever you call the company I will ever buy. Ill go Toy or GM from there after.. I try to book an appointment foe a service trough everything and it is almost impossible, when I finally got it I need it oil change an allover check to see what's wrong my guess brakes and motor mou everything and it is almost impossible, when I finally got it I need it oil change an allover check to see what's wrong my guess brakes and motor mounts , service advisor very good keeping up with me , when they call me noise no to be duplicated I did have to ride with the mechanic ,according to him suspension with a quote of over 4K , I authorize oil change only no fluids were check apparently no issues , day after battery dye nothing on the paper work was check , sticker of next oil change not replace, and surprise when I replace the battery none of the fluids, even they were empty were filled or advise to me to be fill , this is not the first time it happens This is my last time for sure More
