Absolutely horrible experience. I was told one thing over the phone and something completely different in person. They had my vehicle for a total of 10 days and still hadn't actuall I was told one thing over the phone and something completely different in person. They had my vehicle for a total of 10 days and still hadn't actually done the diagnostic (which is what I took it in for). There was no communication on their part. I had to call multiple times to get any info out of them. They recommended a service saying it would fix it. Charged me way more than what was quoted and when that didnt fix it, all they said was that they would have to take a look at it again. And then after all if that, they lied about what was going on on the work order form. More

Found two vehicles at this dealership we were interested in viewing. On arrival was greeted by a sales associate who asked the relevant questions, invited us into the sales office to find out exactly what w in viewing. They pulled up and prepared the two trucks we were interested in, fetched us and with no pressure allowed us to check out the vehicles. After we decided which vehicle we wanted, started to discuss prices and after a bit of forward and backward with the sales manager, we agreed to a price but wanted to think about it overnight. The next morning called the dealership, spoke to our sales person and left the manager a message to confirm the decision to purchase. Drove all the way back to the dealership, the truck in the meantime was sent for detailing and any issues we may have had, we did ask for the wheel alignment to be checked as during the test drive the truck was pulling to the right, not done. By the time we concluded the sale with the finance department, the truck was ready with a full tank of diesel. and we were off to enjoy our purchase. The follow up from the dealership has been great, we had the truck to a local tire store to have the wheel balancing and alignment done as the manager had said he would do it but did not. After that expense there have been no further issues and we are happy with our truck. More

I have had one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever encountered with my 2017 Ram 1500. What should have been a simple oil change and a few warranty repairs turned into months of d experiences I've ever encountered with my 2017 Ram 1500. What should have been a simple oil change and a few warranty repairs turned into months of delays, poor communication, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. Over multiple visits, I experienced excessive wait times, repeated instances where my truck sat all day without work being completed, and multiple promises that were never followed through on. I was told parts would arrive and that I would be contacted, but I repeatedly had to follow up myself. On one occasion, my truck sat all day only for me to be told the wrong part had been ordered. On another visit, I was promised shuttle transportation that was not available when I arrived. The dealership also failed to properly address ongoing brake concerns, while additional issues including axle repairs and a seatbelt repair dragged on through multiple appointments. Most recently, I dropped off my truck for brake concerns, an oil change, tire rotation, and an A/C inspection after being assured the work could be completed on schedule. After spending approximately $150 on a rental vehicle, I learned that none of the work had been completed due to staffing shortages and training issues. After days of waiting and receiving little communication, I had no choice but to pick up my truck and take it elsewhere to have the work performed. While the service director was courteous and apologetic, the overall experience was marked by poor communication, missed commitments, scheduling failures, lack of follow-through, and little respect for my time as a customer. I cannot recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. Update: After speaking with the General Manager and the Service Manager, they took ownership of the situation and coordinated everything to make things right. They reimbursed the expenses I previously incurred, ensured my truck was repaired properly and in a timely manner, communicated throughout the process, and made sure I had transportation the entire time. The only remaining issue was that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they couldn’t locate my keys at first. After several calls and about ten minutes of searching, they were eventually found. Overall, while the initial experience was very frustrating, management did step in and resolve the issues, which I appreciate. More
