On my second visit, the service was excellent. When I showed up on the first scheduled appointment, they told me that they could not attend to me and I had to make another appointment. I am giving them a 5 star rating based on my experience with Joe. If Joe hadn't been my service advisor I would probably be taking my Jeep somewhere else. I took my 21 Dodge Charger Scat Pack in for an oil change. I was quoted $119.99 for my oil change. I signed the quote, and the very kind lady who was my advisor told me it would be about an hour wai change. I was quoted $119.99 for my oil change. I signed the quote, and the very kind lady who was my advisor told me it would be about an hour wait. Sure enough it was an hour wait and I go to pay for my oil change and low and behold the price skyrocketed up to $157!!! I was never advised of this price increase…zero communication!!! Seriously, $157 for an oil change??? This price didn’t include any air filter, cabin filter or tire rotation. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! This dealership has forever lost my business! More
