I had an appointment at this dealership when I arrived no one knew what was going on. I told him I was there for a recall. They asked me if the parts were ordered. I was fine with that on noon on the third day. I have not heard anything of the status of my truck I called. They said they have not worked on it yet, but as soon as it gets in the shop, they will let me know, I didn’t hear anything until I tried to reach out on noon the very next day they still have not touched my truck. I can’t just let it sit at the dealer for a week because they have nobody to work on it. The lack of communication was disappointing. It was there for two recalls one needed a specific certified tech on the engine, and the other one was just a tailgate latch, and I wanted them to also perform an alignment. Very disappointed with the communication.
