Poor customer service and delay in service. I had appointment for service on Saturday. Took my car in and was informed I need suspension checked and new tires. They had to order tires, will be I had appointment for service on Saturday. Took my car in and was informed I need suspension checked and new tires. They had to order tires, will be in Monday, will have car ready Monday, potentially Tuesday morning. Called Monday tires not in yet will get in Tuesday. Called Tuesday, tires installed but have to order part for suspension, car will be ready Wednesday. Called Wednesday informed part that came in was broke. Will have car ready Thursday or Friday. Called Thursday car will be ready but they suggest changing break fluid, I informed them they just changed break fluid 11,000 mile ago. Came in to pick up car. They over billed me, when rep told me I would receive a survey and he tried to shake my hand and said can I count on you to give us 10’s. I said no, he said a customer service rep would call me. I have not received call. Horrible service. More

Very disappointed in the communication I received from this dealership while they had my vehicle. I understand some things are out of their hands, but being honest with customers is not one of those thin this dealership while they had my vehicle. I guess no one thinks you need to know what’s happening with your vehicle? 3 weeks is a very long time - failing to spend the time to keep customers updated is not acceptable in any business. And no one seemed to care about it at all.. very sad. More
