Horrible experience with the dealership. Service manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. They had to order parts for our car several months ago due to being out of stock, and Service manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. Parts came in at the end of October and I had to go up there because no one would answer the phone. Then one of the parts was wrong. As much trouble as we have with them, I hate even going back up there to get the issue corrected. More
