I attempted to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer site unseen. The Dallas store had the color infertile/exterior I was looking for. I was told several times someone would be calling me to finalize my transactions The Dallas store had the color infertile/exterior I was looking for. I was told several times someone would be calling me to finalize my transactions. I took almost a week. Every time I would call. My response was “we are so busy. We can finish tomorrow.” I was consistently placed on the back burner. When I signed my paperwork in Mobile, AL the agent there was telling me some of the information the finance/warranty representative was inaccurate. I asked if the vehicle could be transported to the mobile Autonation. I was told no. Later to find out the vehicle could have been transported for a fee. Too many problems to even list. Logan was the most helpful of the three people I talked with in the Texas store. More
