Communications is very poor. After repeated calls to the service department, I finally called the General Manager to get service. We finally got an appointment to replace a module with the UConnect screen. After the module was replaced, the car was still running when I received the car. I drove the car home, as soon as I turned the car off, then back on, the same error message popped up, which says, “Take your car to the dealership for repair.” I am almost certain that the service representative knew that after replacing the module the first time, that it didn’t correct the problem or they never checked to see if it was fixed after replacing the module. Now, I have to schedule another appointment. They have no loner cars, even though I purchased there full package “Platinum “. I won’t purchase another vehicle from AutoNation again. Not because of the vehicle, but because of the extremely poor service with customers, lack of communications, no updates once you drop off your car, no call backs when they say that they will call you back. they lied and said my aftermarket speaker wire caused my window to go out, just so they could try to void my warranty ! mind you my truck is not 2 years old.. my audio people said they were full of xxxx .. window to go out, just so they could try to void my warranty ! mind you my truck is not 2 years old.. my audio people said they were full of xxxx .. and my mobile mechanic came and fixed my issue with a 100$ window regulator. the dealership quoted me 700$ for the same fix, while trying to add parts i didnt need.. i paid 200$ for a diagnostic fee, which they didnt do a good job of obviously . they are taught and coached to upcharge and try to void warranties. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE! they are scammers .. if i were a woman, or someone who didnt know about cars, they would of got 700$ out of me. i just happen to know vehicles and know they were lying . this is a autonation tactic to try to screw you ...
