Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They performed the services in about an hour and I was back out. Service writer greeted me promptly and took care of my requests. After years of timely service this visit disappointed. I had the usual - oil, fuel changes- two recalls, check engine light,low coolant, and a tail light out. The oil/fuel filters - good, but no bulb for I had the usual - oil, fuel changes- two recalls, check engine light,low coolant, and a tail light out. The oil/fuel filters - good, but no bulb for my tail light. The check engine light couldn’t be diagnosed??- but I had an aftermarket “filter” ( AutoNation is the only place I’ve ever been for service) - it appears that caused the check engine light- but the “recall” wasn’t addressed. “All fluids checked” - not really- coolant “light” was on- not addressed - nor filled - and it was one of the things I requested to be evaluated? My tab w my “Service Plan” was $450 - and I still need to return?!?!?! More
