I felt valued on this trip to my local Jeep dealership. In the past - I was not happy with the service I received - so much that I didn't even care that I had pre-purchased several oil changes. Not Good. Did not listen to my request. I felt they were short and Rude. Dana was my sales associate. I needed and oil change and tire rotation. She said I had a contract and all was good. I showed were short and Rude. Dana was my sales associate. I needed and oil change and tire rotation. She said I had a contract and all was good. I showed them where my wheel lock key was. They claimed it wasn't there. This was the 2nd time, I literally had to DRIVE BACK to the dealership on 2 different vehicles and show them where it was, in the glove box as I described.....Very frustrating and very lazy. They just don't check, or seem to care.... More
