I took my 2019 Ram for a check engine light. I was told the part to repair it would come by September 16 and they had no loaners and offered to only pay $45/day for a rental. I escalated the issue and cus the part to repair it would come by September 16 and they had no loaners and offered to only pay $45/day for a rental. I escalated the issue and customer care told me to call enterprise. Enterprise charged $258/day for the rental. They expected me to pay the difference for over 30 days totaling $6,390. They said it’s not their problem. I’m very dissatisfied with the service I was given. I ended up picking up my truck and driving it in hopes it won’t break down until the part arrives and they repair it. They did say it was a possibility. More

Something feels off about the cost of the work/headlight assembly done by this dealership. I don't trust them at all........I have a feeling they broke the assembly then upcharge me.They told me one price t assembly done by this dealership. I don't trust them at all........I have a feeling they broke the assembly then upcharge me.They told me one price then when i said do the work they came back with another cost 1000.00 more than the original price. When I got my 2014 Dodge charger back it was dirty and had oil hand paint on the handle of the door. When a person talks about "sleazy dealerships" this place would come to mind. It is a bait and switch they gave me one price then when I said yes do the work the come up with a totally different place. I paid for them to diagnose the problem in the beginning. Avoid this place!!! More

Customer service rep. was very helpful and courteous. She was able to have my car engine light diagnosed, repaired, and return to me in 3 days. That is the fastest I've seen them resolve an issue at this dea was able to have my car engine light diagnosed, repaired, and return to me in 3 days. That is the fastest I've seen them resolve an issue at this dealership. The engine light being on had nothing to do with the engine. The problem was related to the exhaust system so the warranty did not cover for any of the repair. I've had this car for less than a year and this is the third time I've had to being it in for repair. I still have another issue that needed to be resolved before I have an accident that concerns my break system locking up for the forth time just this week. I have been told that there is nothing wrong. More
