Service department didn't meet my expectations this time. I sent in my truck for an oil change and an update. The next day I was told my truck was ready and so I picked it up. The next morning when I star I sent in my truck for an oil change and an update. The next day I was told my truck was ready and so I picked it up. The next morning when I started my truck, my error message was still there for an update needed. I spoke to the service department about why my vehicle was returned without the update being done, I was told that they didn't show an update was needed even though there is an error message and that I would need to leave it with them several more days for them to get to it. Since it wasn't done, I have now decided to go to a different dealership to service my truck in hopes that I don't get told my truck is ready when it's really not. I will be dropping the truck off today at the grapevine dealership. More

I take a good 2016 vehicle with 68000 miles in for a oil leak repair and you people damage the engine while testing the vehicle after the oil leak repair was done and then charging $14000 for a new en oil leak repair and you people damage the engine while testing the vehicle after the oil leak repair was done and then charging $14000 for a new engine. I took my Chevy Tahoe to program the tire pressure sensor and it leaves the shop with a bad alternator. Then you people wanted to charge me $800 for a new alternator and I didn't take it there with a bad alternator. There's is no accountability in both services department,its very sad. More

I had a service appointment to check my auto shut off feature for 1040am, the kind associate told me it would be around 2-3 hours to complete. Well 2-3 hours turned into 6 and no one called to give me an feature for 1040am, the kind associate told me it would be around 2-3 hours to complete.
