Made appointment online when I arrived was greeted by service advisor told me it was going to be a few days before they could get to it. Then when he found out it was a new truck with just over 500 miles service advisor told me it was going to be a few days before they could get to it. Then when he found out it was a new truck with just over 500 miles on it. He immediately went inside and got a tech and fixed the problem right out in the driveway. Seems the software went a little haywire took about an hour to repair and I was back on the road. Would have given a 5 but your appointments are not real when you make one you should expect your car to be looked at that day not 5 to 7 days out. This needs to be addressed no one can do without a car that long not when there's no public transportation or loaner or rental cars available. But the service advisor stepped up and got the job done. More
