Took my challenger in for an oil change. I Had a 10:45 appointment and they came out at 12:15 and told me it would be another 1 1/2 hours. My husband called and talked to someone and they miraculously got it right in. It was going to take 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment? Used to take 30 minutes at the same dealership 10 years ago. Got it home and the next day it was leaking oil so I had to wait to take it on Monday to get it fixed. They screwed up the oil filter somehow and that's where the leak was. Professionals? We bought a package for 10 oil changes and 2 out of first 7 have had leaks with the filter. I'm kind of afraid to take it back up there for the last 3. They have left a lug nut loose on 1 of the trips on a tire rotation. I would NEVER buy any extended service from them again. More

Matt Thompson was our service advisor and he was very thoughtful and listened to all our concerns. We waited on the vehicle which included our normal service, in addition to replacing two tires which h thoughtful and listened to all our concerns. I've been to this dealership for service previously and I don't feel I had the fabulous service that Matt provided. We will definitely schedule our future appointments with him. Kudos Matt! More
