I scheduled an appointment for a quick oil change in my SUV. I was in at 7:00 and out the door by 8:00, which is fast for a dealership. The mechanic was thorough and the service advisor on point, so it was a positive experience. I have taken my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to this dealership for repairs several times. They are a very busy service department. I don't like having to leave my car to wait for its turn to get repaired when they may not be able to look at it for over a week before diagnosing & ordering parts, but that's usually the case. My car was in the shop this time for 25 days for a bad a/c compressor. I understand parts delays, but I'm frustrated with an extreme lack of customer service. I had to ask someone to drive me to the dealership so I could inquire about the status of my repair after trying to call multiple times throughout the day & leaving messages with no response. I received a text the next morning stating my car would "hopefully" be ready that day, but I tried calling & texting all afternoon with no response. We again drove up to the dealership at the end of the day & discovered the repair was complete. My a/c is blowing cold now, but I will go to a different dealer for repair next time. More
