Got my oil changed on 07/27/22. Had an appointment and I was still there 3 hours later and get my car a mile down the freeway and the car smoking real bad. Mechanic let the oil ring Had an appointment and I was still there 3 hours later and get my car a mile down the freeway and the car smoking real bad. Mechanic let the oil ring off the filter. So I had to drive back to replace the filter and they sprayed the oil off and left my car a mess. Oil is still on the engine and car is left with water mark amd grease!!!! Not happy at all More

The mechanic didn’t know how to install the battery and he went and got help and the guy he got didn’t really know how to do it either. They were supposed to do a multi point inspection but they didn’t do he went and got help and the guy he got didn’t really know how to do it either. They were supposed to do a multi point inspection but they didn’t do it I had to ask after I got the invoice if they did it then I was told no so I asked him to please complete that like they were supposed to.I was told that when you install the battery you have to reset the charging system or it might lead to problems when I ask if they did that I was told no they didn’t and I had to ask would you please do that I’m not sure if it’s true or not but they said they would do it.
