Customer service is horrible. If you can get them to answer the phone, it is always, "I'll call you back", which never happens. I called multiple times just to make an appointme If you can get them to answer the phone, it is always, "I'll call you back", which never happens. I called multiple times just to make an appointment for service because my parts had come in. The third phone call was never answered and a voice mail for the customer service manager, picked up, left a voice mail for him, never got a call back. Never heard back from anyone. Two days after my initial phone call, I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning and made the appointment in person. Work is always top notch, but the customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this place to friends. More

Ill start off with I dropped my truck off at Auto Nation NRH and had a great first impression but after that it went to xxxx Big time. I could not get a call back from anyone or get anyone on the phone I w NRH and had a great first impression but after that it went to xxxx Big time. I could not get a call back from anyone or get anyone on the phone I would have to go up and get a update and this dragged on for 2 months and promises that where not kept . Got my truck back and it was worse then when i dropped it off the first time and that doesn't count the damage they did to the truck because they don't take care of your car when there, door scrapes, cut in leather steering wheel, scrapes on the wheel . My wife and I had to Drive up there and demand to talk to the GM and so you know we never got to talk to him. A Sales manager get the service manager to talk to us and after that we now had a plan to get the truck fixed I had to bring it back up again and meet with the lead mechanic and take him for a ride to see what was going on, in 30 sec he agreed that it was not fixed the ask me to bring back the next few days. Once I took it back up they got me set up with Craig and he was great called me that day with a fix and called me the next day and had my truck fixed it was great then thank you Sir for you help. It is sad that it took so much crap to get the right people involved now with that said I still have a damage wheel that did not get fixed and door scrapes and that xxxx cut on my steering wheel. So you understand this is not a rant I will give them a chance to fix everything and give them another chance but after doing and still doing business with another dealership for 20 years they have a long road ahead to get my full trust back. I will leave you with this if you would like to talk about this you can reach out to me as I have said to the Corp office as well and never got a reply so I don't expect one here either that is just how the world is not and that sucks.
