Length of time to preform a recall was excessive especially when prior scheduled. Missing garage opener which was clipped on passenger sun visor - reported to service within 30 minutes of pick up especially when prior scheduled. I love this dealership since I got my car in 2021. I got great cudtomer service from the sales lady who sold me my car all the way to the manager who finished it out. The workers are nice and very hel I got great cudtomer service from the sales lady who sold me my car all the way to the manager who finished it out. The workers are nice and very helpful. They even send you a video of them doing the full check inspection so you see first hand any problems they think might need some attention. I think that's top notch performance and it shows they handle all there clients with care. I would never go anywere else. More

Extortion! ! Excessive labor costs to replace a starter. This service department was once excellent, but it has now descended into den of thieves. $200 dollar ho ! Excessive labor costs to replace a starter. This service department was once excellent, but it has now descended into den of thieves. $200 dollar hourly rate and an 18 day waiting period. A.J. Nunez (service advisor) was professional and courteous, but he failed to clearly explain the reason why it cost $1000 dollars to replace a starter. My next complaint will go to the Attorney General of the Texas Consumer Protection Division. How many people are being financially assaulted during these difficult times? More

I honestly love this dealership. Everyone was so sweet and made sure I was helped. My only concern was my appointment was at 9:20am and they didn’t start my car until 11:30am.
